I recently attempted to renew my Jaikoz software with a 3 year renewal. The problem is that it was purchased through my Paypal email address, which Jaikoz did not recognize (as the original purchase was made through an old email address). Is there a fix? I haven’t found an efficient way to contact customer support, but Paypal charged me for 3 more years. The original license they sent me is useless because it has expired, so my guess is that they need to link the new 3 year renewal purchase with the old email address.
3 Year License Renewal Failed To Link
Hi, sorry for delay I have been away a couple of days. This is a common issue that is easily remedied at purchase by simply entering your Original Email Address in the field provided. This allows you to purchase with a different email address and apply it to a license linked to old email address, the old email address does not not need to still be valid and active because nothing is sent to the old email address.
I see you have now purchased a 1 year extension with the correct email address, so the 3 years has been added to that so you are good to go until 2028.
Many thanks, Paul! I knew you’d pull through and fix this. I also want to compliment you guys on your two excellent products (Jaikoz and SongKong). It’s great to see that music tagging is still alive and well, and your products have always been the absolute gold standard for cleaning up mp3 files. And mp3 files are still a lot of fun to work with.
