Installing Jaikoz 3.6.0 on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
After install completes, Windows Compatibility Assistant pops up saying that Jaikoz did not install correctly.
Please fix the installer to be Win7 compliant.

Thanks for the tip, whether or not this can be done with the Izpack installer I use I don’t currently know.
You could do this post installer EXE creation.
Use the platform SDK or VC resource compiler to inject the manifest in the EXE.
Then Authenticode sign your installer, using a cert issued by Verisign. This is optional, but highly recommended to in order to be respected by the OS and AV products.
