I am a jaikoz newbie. I just downloaded the free version 8.1.0. My music files are on a QNAP NAS. I can browse to the NAS music folder using jaikoz. It appears jaikoz downloads the tracks but I get a message like “0 songs loaded so far”. At the conclusion of the down load I get the message “0 songs loaded”.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Its best to mount your qnap drive (i.e as Z:\ on Windows)
What format are the files in ?
If you send me your support files (Advanced:Create Support Files) it shod be easy to clear up.
Thanks for the reply. The problem was file format or encoding. I used “ape” which was not supported. After encoding as “flac” the songs were loaded fine.
Ah, .ape isnt currently supported but is planned.
Do you think you guys can make ape a supported format?
Of course, like I say its planned.
In fact once we have ironed out remaining matching issues the new feature priority is support for new audio formats, namely .ape, .aiff and .dsd
