My current version is 9.1.1. In earlier versions there was the possibility to do the repair and renaming in one operation. Now it is two operations. Is that right or have I not understood the new interface.

That is correct, we found doing it in one go caused problems for some customers. And if already matched but wanted to just rename to a different mask no easy way to do it. More details about this at SongKong Software Development Roadmap
Both issues now solved with this release.
All right and thanks for the answer. It is just unusual but not a deterioration.
Actually most tag editors do have seperate tasks for adding metadata and file renaming.
